Vocabulary Parade An area of focus for our readers and writers at LES is vocabulary! Our third through fifth grade students are asked to participate in our first Vocabulary Parade. The parade will be in the gym on October 29 at 9:00. Students will make their costumes at home with the help of parents and wear them to school on October 29th. We plan on inviting all of our parents and community members to watch our parade. Please work with your child in the design of his/her costume. The vocabulary word that your child has been assigned is one that we have learned in reading, writing, science, or math. Please help your child get completely decked out in full costume to represent the meaning of their assigned vocabulary word. 1. gaudy- kourtnie
